Share your location, the ages of your children and a preferred time of year. We’ll confirm availability and send the screening arrangements.

Share the invitation
Once the date is agreed, families receive the school’s invitation with the registration details, consent information and payment arrangement.

Provide a quiet room with controllable lighting and a familiar staff member to help children come through in small groups.

Help families follow through
Parents receive an individual result with next steps. A referred screening is an invitation for a full eye examination, rather than a diagnosis.

The school and Peek-a-Vu agree how screening fees will be collected and reconciled.
Your school’s quote confirms the fee, payment arrangement and any minimum numbers before a booking is agreed.
